Digital products

ResumeFit sells digital resume templates and related premium features. Because delivery is immediate upon successful payment, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligible refunds

  • Duplicate charges or technical payment errors verified by our team.
  • Failure to deliver purchased entitlements (e.g., template access not granted after successful payment).

Generally non-refundable

  • Change of mind after template access or downloads have been used.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated wording where the service functioned as described.
  • Free-tier or promotional usage.

How to request a refund

Email support@example.com within 7 days of purchase with your registered email, order ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
